Director of the Institute for Patient Experience (IEXP) since 2016, through which Carlos Bezos Daleske undertakes technological innovation projects focused on the patient, improving therapeutic adherence, as well as improving the patient’s experience with clinical impact, quality of life and costs. He was previously the care quality and patient experience manager in the field of assisted reproduction (IVF-SPAIN) where he also collaborated in the launch of Recombine, a biotech specialized in preconceptional genetic diagnosis. Other stages of his career have been e-health and innovation with majors in Citilab and ValuerCreation, as well as organization development in Shared Services in Mercedes-Benz.
